VAN DANG is a new, mindful, sustainable luxury fragrance collection founded by Kim-Van Dang and Anthony Roberts.
"Each scent is created with an intention, and the brand is experiential," says Dang. "We’ve designed olfactory rituals to help you ‘be in the now’; That’s our brand mantra. We’re inviting you to literally stop and smell the roses. And everything is crafted with natural, traceable, pesticide-free, fair-trade fragrance oils. You will smell the difference."

The longtime Beauty Director at InStyle Magazine and Women’s Wear Daily, Dang’s passion for perfume can be traced to her childhood in Saigon, where her mother introduced her to the French classics: Chanel, Dior, Saint Laurent.

Interviewing legendary perfumers in her capacity as a beauty journalist, and studying with Master Perfumer Ron Winnegrad at International Flavors & Fragrances in New York City crystalized Dang’s vision.

In 2009, Dang met Roberts - a Cape Town transplant who trained as a sommelier and also had a nose for fine bouquets. They married and launched their North American fragrance sales & distribution company KVDAR Inc. Twelve years later, the pair debuted VAN DANG Fragrances at Bergdorf Goodman.
